Re-Opening Resources

Our Lincoln team has been working hard to prepare for in-person instruction, which begins on Thursday, November 5.

We have 3 different ways students will be attending school: AM Cohort, PM Cohort, and Distance Learning. We sent a survey and made numerous phone calls. The rosters are locked in and we will be starting with kids back at school!

Here are a few resources while we start this new chapter at Lincoln Elementary!
This is the guidebook for the reopening of Exeter Schools. It contains lots of information on what we're doing to protect you, your children, and our staff. School contacts and tech support information is also included. There is also a physical copy of this guidebook in our front office!
Here is the new schedule for Meal Distribution that will start November 5, 2020.
Here are some logistics and protocols:

Drop Off (see Lincoln map)
We will be having parents drop off students at the front of the school. There will be two entrances to our campus:
1) Cafeteria for grades 3rd-5th
2) Library for grades K-2nd.
There will be a temperature screening at both locations. Students presenting with a temperature greater than 100 degrees will need to be sent home. Parents notified will need to pick up their children immediately.

Pick Up (see Lincoln map)
Students will be dismissed out of different gates according to their grade level.
Kinder will be dismissed from the gates on C Street.
1st and 2nd grades will be dismissed from the gates on Chestnut Street.
3rd, 4th, and 5th grades will be dismissed from the gates on Clarence Street.

Water Bottles
Each student will be given a reusable water bottle and will be able to use our multiple refilling stations throughout campus. Water bottles should be washed at home regularly.

Masks
Two washable masks will be provided for every student. In grades TK-2nd, masks are strongly encouraged.
Masks are required for grades 3rd-5th. Masks should be washed at home regularly.

Devices
Students will need to bring their devices (Chromebook or iPad) and headphones to school each day.

You can call the school office with any questions between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
